We’ve made yet another journey around the Sun, and once again the annual celebration of Carl Sagan’s life and legacy is upon us. If you have never read his pivotal work, Cosmos: A Personal Journey, I highly recommend it. Sagan and his work was responsible for encouraging so many people, like me, into pursuing science and the study of the natural universe with a sense of awe and wonder.
